Shopify sites for coaches

Your coaching business, all in one place

A Shopify site built for coaches, by the person who runs the ads. Programs, payments, email, merch, and your own affiliates. One system, one dashboard.

The problem

Your business is spread across five tools

Most coaches run it this way because it happened one tool at a time. None of them talk to each other.

1

A link in bio

Clients land on a page you cannot really change, and it says nothing about your programs.

2

Payments in a separate app

Money arrives somewhere other than where your clients live, so you reconcile by hand.

3

DMs as a sales process

Every sale takes a conversation, and the ones you miss are gone without a trace.

4

Email in a different tool

If it is connected to anything, it is connected loosely, and nobody follows up automatically.

5

Affiliates on a spreadsheet

You track referrals by memory and pay people manually, if you pay them at all.

The fix

One Shopify site where programs sell, payments land, email runs itself, merch ships, and affiliates get paid without you lifting a finger.

The platform

Why a coaching site belongs on Shopify

Shopify is built to sell and to track what sold. That is exactly what a coaching business needs.

Sell programs any way you want

A 12-week plan as a one-time purchase, monthly coaching as a recurring charge, both from the same page. Recurring billing runs on a subscription app set up during the build.

Pay over time at checkout

Shop Pay Installments lets eligible clients split a higher-ticket program into payments while you get paid up front. US-based, and eligibility depends on the store and the buyer.

Money comes straight to you

Payments land in your own account through Shopify Payments. Nobody sits between you and your revenue.

Every client in one record

Purchases, history, and email activity attach to one contact, so you can see who bought what without opening five tabs.

Merch as a second income stream

Your community already wears your stuff. Sell it beside your programs, on the same checkout.

Your affiliates paid automatically

Run your own referral program inside Shopify. With an affiliate app, commissions track and pay out monthly on their own.

You pay for your own Shopify plan and domain, and for any apps these features need. I walk you through every step of that setup.

The build

What your site includes

  • Program and package pages for one-time programs and recurring coaching, with pay over time where eligible.
  • Mobile first, tested on phone, tablet, and desktop, because your traffic comes off Instagram.
  • Merch path ready, with product structure in place so branded gear can go live whenever you want it.
  • Affiliate program set up, with tracking and automated monthly payouts configured before handover.
  • Setup guidance, step by step, on opening Shopify and connecting your domain. You own both.
  • Handover walkthrough, a working session on editing text, photos, and prices yourself.

Add-on: automated email

Klaviyo

Follow-up that runs without you

Klaviyo connects to your store and sends based on what someone actually did. Built once, then it runs.

  • Welcome series. Someone joins your list and hears who you are before they go cold.
  • Abandoned checkout. Someone starts buying a program and stops. The reminder brings back sales you almost had.
  • Post-purchase. A client buys and gets onboarding, expectations, and a reason to stay past month one.
  • Win-back. A client goes quiet and hears from you before they are gone for good.
Every one of these runs whether you are coaching, filming, or asleep. That is the difference between a list and an email system.

Add-on: paid ads

Two channels, run by the person who built the site

The site is structured to convert paid traffic and to track it cleanly, because the same person has to make these campaigns work.

Google Ads

Google Ads

Search campaigns for people already looking for a coach. Retargeting for visitors who left without buying. Conversion tracking on every campaign, and reporting on what each keyword actually produced.

Meta Ads

Meta Ads

Retargeting site visitors, post engagers, and video viewers. New audience prospecting when it is worth running. Creative built from the content you already post, with pixel and event tracking installed properly.

The website packages include one month of management on a channel, which is enough to see how it performs for your offer. After that, the three-month option keeps it running and optimized. Ad spend is paid by you directly to Google or Meta and is separate from these fees.

The packages

Three ways to start

Every package includes the full website build. The difference is how much marketing comes with it.

Package 3 · Website + email + three months of ads
  • Everything in Package 1 and 2
  • Three months of managed ads on Google or Meta
  • Campaign build, ongoing optimization, and reporting
  • $4,500 bought separately
A single month of ads tells you very little. Three tells you which audiences and keywords actually produce clients, gives budget time to shift toward what works, and ends with a clear call on what to keep running and what a client costs you. Payment is half to begin and half at launch, or paid in full up front. You own your site, your accounts, and your data outright.

The fine print, up front

What you pay for separately

None of this is hidden in a proposal later. These are your costs, paid by you, to the companies providing them.

Shopify plan

You open and pay for your own account, so it is yours from day one. I walk you through it.

Your domain

You buy it and you own it. Nobody can hold your web address over you.

Apps

Subscriptions and affiliate payouts run on apps that may carry a monthly fee.

Klaviyo plan

Free to start. Pricing depends on list size once you grow past the free tier.

Ad spend

Paid straight to Google or Meta. It is your budget, in your account.

No surprise numbers

Current pricing is published on each provider's own site. I will never quote you a number I do not control.

The process

How this actually goes

30 minutes

Call

We talk through your offers, your audience, and which package fits.

Week 1

Kickoff

You send logos, photos, and program details. I set up your Shopify and domain with you.

Weeks 2 to 3

Build

Your site gets built. You see it and give feedback before anything goes live.

Week 3 to 4

Launch

The site goes live, email flows turn on, and campaigns start if they are in your package.

At launch

Handover

A working session where you learn to run it, plus written documentation.

Always

You own it

The Shopify account, domain, email list, ad accounts, and everything built stay yours.

Timing depends on how fast your content comes back. Nothing launches until you have seen it and signed off.

Straight answers

What coaches usually ask

What will I pay every month after this?

Your Shopify plan, your domain, any apps you use, and Klaviyo once your list grows past the free tier. Plus ad spend if you run ads. We go through your exact setup on the call.

Can I update the site myself?

Yes. That is the point of the handover walkthrough. You edit text, photos, prices, and programs without calling anyone.

I already have a Linktree. Why do I need this?

A link in bio sends people somewhere. It does not sell, take payment, follow up, or track who bought. This does all four.

What if I only want the website?

Package 1 is exactly that. The email system and ads are add-ons, not requirements, and you can add them later.

Who does the work?

I do. The person on the call is the person building the site and running the campaigns.

Pick your package

All three start with the full website build. Choose the one that fits, or book a call first if you want to talk it through.
