Refund policy
Fresh Start eCommerce (a Fresh Start Marketing, LLC company)
1. Overview We want you to feel good about working with us. Because our offerings include both hands-on services and digital products, refund terms depend on what you purchased, as set out below.
2. Marketing and management services For services such as ad management, Klaviyo builds, store builds and refreshes, audits, bookkeeping, and retainers, fees pay for work and time committed to your account. Because this work begins as soon as an engagement starts:
- Fees for work already performed are non-refundable.
- For services billed in cycles, the current cycle is non-refundable once the cycle has begun, since the time and setup are committed.
- One-time project fees (such as a store build or a Klaviyo flow build) are non-refundable once work has started, as they reserve our time and begin delivery immediately.
If you ever feel something has gone wrong, contact us. We would much rather talk it through and make it right than leave you unhappy.
3. Digital products Any digital products we sell (templates, guides, downloadable tools) are delivered electronically and are yours to keep the moment you buy them. Because a digital file cannot be returned once downloaded, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable. Please review the product description before purchasing so you know exactly what you are getting.
4. Problems with a digital product If a digital product is broken, will not open, or you received the wrong item, we will always make that right. Email us and we will send a working copy of the correct product at no charge. Our no-refund policy covers change of mind, not us delivering something that does not work.
5. Ad spend Advertising spend is paid by you directly to the ad platforms and is never held or refunded by us. Refunds of ad spend, where available, are governed by the platform's own policies.
